Silab satyakam

Silab Satyakam, the son of Satyendra Narayan Das, carries forward the legacy of ambition and entrepreneurship. After completing his MBA from the Regional College of Management, Bhubaneswar, he began his professional journey with a placement at Aircel Telecom. However, his passion always lay in media and public speaking. A natural anchor and communicator, Silab has been active in the media and events industry for many years and continues to host corporate events. With an impressive track record, he has successfully anchored over 1,500 shows across various platforms.

Despite his accomplishments in the media field, the spirit of entrepreneurship remained a driving force within him. After his marriage in 2019, he decided to step into the family business and launched a new venture, “M/S Pradhanmantri Bharatiya Janaushadhi Kendra.” This marked the beginning of his active involvement in the family’s business legacy.

As the vision for SJ Ventures began to take shape, Silab played a pivotal role in its formation. In 2021, SJ Ventures was officially established, expanding into multiple sectors under his leadership and entrepreneurial drive, further strengthening the foundation laid by the previous generation.

Satyendra Narayan Das

Satyendra Narayan Das, the founder and pillar of our organization, began his entrepreneurial journey in 1985. After completing his legal studies with a specialization in taxation and obtaining a bar license from Balasore Court, he chose to pursue a career in business rather than law.

With an initial capital of just ₹5,000—borrowed from his father, Shri Dhirendra Narayan Das, through a gold loan secured against the jewelry of his mother, Smt. Sarojini Das—he laid the foundation of his first venture. His business journey started with the fertilizer trade, followed by ventures in pharmaceuticals. He then diversified into the telecom sector, dealing in payphones and billing machines, eventually transitioning into mobile phone distribution.

Through constant adaptation and resilience, he navigated various industries and challenges over the years, laying the strong foundation upon which our organization proudly stands today.
